UAB “Kvartalas”, legal entity code 305475438, with its registered office at Jogailos St. 4, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, hereby informs that on 25 September 2026 a lease agreement with UAB “Paroc“ (legal entity code 110711742, with its registered office at Savanoriu Ave. 124, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania) was concluded and entered into force.
Following this transaction, the occupancy rate of the business centre “Sąvaržėlė” reached 73%.
