FLOWER MOUND, Texas, Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE)<\/a> — Mannatech, Incorporated<\/i><\/b><\/a>\u00a0(NASDAQ:\u00a0<\/i>MTEX<\/i><\/a>) announced the retirement of J. Stanley Fredrick from the Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) of\u00a0Mannatech, Incorporated (the \u201cCompany\u201d)\u00a0 and the appointment of\u00a0Robert Toth\u00a0to serve as Chairman of the Board effective September 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

Mr. Fredrick has served the Company with distinction as a Class II director since September 2001, as lead director from 2003-2009, and as the Chairman of the Board since 2009. Commenting on Mr. Fredrick\u2019s retirement, Landen Fredrick, the Company\u2019s President and CEO and son of J. Stanley Fredrick, stated \u201cStan has been much more than Chairman of our Board. He has been a mentor, counselor and steadfast advocate for Mannatech and the people who make this company special. His leadership has always been grounded in experience, integrity and a genuine desire to see others succeed. Mr. Toth\u00a0initially joined the Company\u2019s Board in 2008 serving through 2023 as a Class III director and chaired the\u00a0Compensation and Stock Option Plan Committee, served on the Audit Committee, the\u00a0Nominating\/Governance and Compliance Committee, the\u00a0Science and Marketing Committee, and from\u00a0August 2014\u00a0to\u00a0March 2019, Vice Chairman of Mannatech\u2019s Board. He rejoined the Board on December 1, 2024 as Vice Chairman. Mr. Toth\u00a0has more than 40 years of direct selling experience. As President of\u00a0Avon International\u00a0from 2004 to 2005, his operations included over 120 countries with annual revenues exceeding\u00a0$5.5 billion.<\/p>\n
