Share Buyback Transaction Details May 7 \u2013 May 13, 2026<\/b><\/p>\n

Alphen aan den Rijn \u2013 May 14, 2026 – Wolters Kluwer <\/b>(Euronext: WKL), a<\/b>\u00a0global <\/b>leader in professional information, software solutions, and services<\/b>, today reports that it has repurchased 44,119 of its own ordinary shares in the period from May 7, 2026, up to and including May 13, 2026, for \u20ac2.7 million and at an average share price of \u20ac61.07.<\/b> <\/p>\n

These repurchases are part of the share buyback program announced on February 25, 2026, under which we intend to repurchase shares for up to \u20ac500 million during 2026.<\/p>\n

For the period starting May 7, 2026, up to and including August 3, 2026, we have engaged a third party to execute \u20ac80 million of buybacks on our behalf, within the limits of relevant laws and regulations (in particular Regulation (EU) 596\/2014) and the company\u2019s Articles of Association. <\/p>\n

Shares repurchased are added to and held as treasury shares and will be used for capital reduction purposes through share cancelation.<\/p>\n
