He succeeds Elina Chodzkait\u0117 &#8211; Barauskien\u0117, who had been serving as the Company\u2019s Acting Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cLaurynas commercial, managerial, and organisational experience will strengthen the organisation\u2019s streamlined structure and ensure continuity in implementing the Company\u2019s restructuring plan\u201d, says K\u0119stutis Ju\u0161\u010dius, Chairman of the Board of AUGA group.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Since 2016, L. Mi\u0161kinis has led the Organic Product Development and Commerce Department at AUGA group. He actively contributed to the development and commercialisation of preserved products for end-consumer use, which became AUGA group\u2019s hallmark and successfully entered global markets. Following the successful sale of corresponding production unit to AB \u2018Kauno gr\u016bdai\u2019, L. Mi\u0161kinis and his team introduced the \u2018Sustainable Product Basket\u2019, which has become an integral part of the everyday life of organic product consumers.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Elina Chodzkait\u0117 &#8211; Barauskien\u0117, who served as the CEO of AUGA group since November 2023, will continue her career in the defence industry.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cWe are grateful to Elina for her many years of work in creating and implementing the Company\u2019s strategy and for guiding the Management team through one of the most challenging periods while initiating the Group\u2019s restructuring\u201d, says K.
