Hilton Foundation. This award will expand and sustain the MFP\u2019s groundbreaking approach to addressing the powerful connection between financial stability and family health.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"padding-left:0px;\"><b>Addressing Root Causes of Health Disparities<\/b>\u00a0<br \/>The MFP program recognizes that social and economic challenges, such as medical debt, housing instability, and food insecurity, are often as critical to health outcomes as clinical treatment. By embedding specially trained MFP social workers in pediatric and prenatal clinics, the program integrates financial coaching, benefit navigation, and care referrals directly into health care.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"padding-left:0px;\">\u201cThis grant affirms the importance of linking economic and social well-being with health care,\u201d said Monique Holguin, MFP Co-Director. \u201cWith the Hilton Foundation\u2019s support, we can reach more families, strengthen partnerships, and continue to build a model of care that responds to families\u2019 real needs.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"padding-left:0px;\">\u201cFamilies shouldn\u2019t have to choose between putting food on the table and making a doctor\u2019s appointment,\u201d added Dr. Adam Schickedanz, MFP Co-Director. \u201cThis grant from the Conrad N.
