A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 6.96 percent.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freddiemac.com\/pmms\/pmms_archives.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"15-year FRM\">15-year FRM<\/a> averaged 6.17 percent, down from last week when it averaged 6.25 percent.
